I wasn't sure if he had red on both sides of his face or just one side, so I put it on a separate layer so it's easy to remove if it's wrong haha;;;

Man, this makes me wish I could commission you more often; those requests went by so fast. 
In any case, it's great to see Koopser drawn by you once again. It's my personal belief that you've advanced so far ahead since the last time when it comes to anatomy. Your drawing ability for drawing Koopa Troopas also has gotten so much better, particularly in the facial structure. The detailing looks awesome and a lot more cleaned up. The shading is cool, and the clothes look even better on Koopser this time around considering there's more realism such as the open shirt giving way to the breeze. A lot more natural and in Koopser's element, gotta say. It means so much that you put as much effort into this as you clearly have.
Only details that are a bit off are the red tribal mark under his eye, which actually goes on the other side (but it's alright, it's not the first time anyone's gotten confused about that) and he's missing the Leo zodiac necklace as shown here ([link]) but it's no big deal. You really nailed Koopser down to a 'K', which is A-OK by me. :b
